Turbo Card Service

Turbo card is a convenient service that is available from any device of traditional phone communication, payphone or cell phone. The Turbo card service is especially advantageous when calling to international numbers, as well as when calling in all Estonian wired and cellular phone networks.

The card limit is indicated on the front side of the Turbo card, as well as the PIN code protected with an opaque coating. On the back of the card there is a manual, how to use a card.

You can get more detailed information when you buy the card at R-kiosk. The cost of the card is 5 euros.

* Conversation time loaded on the Turbo card is not refundable.

Instructions for using the Turbo card

• Dial one of the service access numbers: 686 7788 (in Estonian) / 686 7787 (in Russian) / 686 7786 (in English).
• Wait until the system automatically invites you to the CSC Telecom network.
• Then enter the personal identification code (PIN), then press the button with the symbol #.
• After that, dial: 00 country code city code number of the subscriber # (for calls within Estonia, instead of 00, dial 0).
• The electronic operator will report the balance of the credit on the card.
• Per second charging will begin after connection with the called subscriber.
